Job Title Nursing Supervisor Location Vedansh Superspeciality Hospital Pvt Ltd Dadri Experience Required 1-3 years including minimum 2 years in a supervisory role Qualification GNM B Sc Nursing with valid registration Responsibilities Supervise and manage day-to-day nursing operations across wards ICUs and other patient care areas Ensure proper staffing shift allocation and duty rosters for nursing staff Monitor patient care standards ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hospital policies Conduct regular rounds to ensure hygiene discipline and patient satisfaction Provide guidance training and mentorship to nursing staff Coordinate with doctors management and other departments for smooth patient services Handle escalations grievances and resolve operational issues Maintain and verify nursing records reports and incident documentation Ensure compliance with NABH JCI and other regulatory standards Key Skills Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Good knowledge of clinical protocols and nursing practices Ability to handle emergencies and multitask effectively Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Paid sick time
