ABOUT TEMENOS Temenos is the world s No 1 banking software Temenos offers cloud-native cloud-agnostic API-first digital banking core banking payments fund management and wealth management software products enabling banks to deliver consistent frictionless customer journeys and achieve market-leading cost income performance Temenos vision is to provide financial institutions of any size any sector and anywhere in the world the software to thrive in the digital banking age Our products combine the richest end-to-end packaged country model bank functionality and the most advanced cloud-native cloud-agnostic AI and API-first technology helping our clients go-live faster giving them the freedom to innovate and deliver personalized experiences We are passionate about helping banks to perform better so we solely focus on creating banking software THE ROLE The Senior Regional PMO is the main contact point between their SaaS Regional organization and PMO This includes working closely with their SaaS regional organization especially SaaS Management and SDM teams to understand and the business and ensure that Governance processes to support the business are efficiently managed Be the voice of their Region in the SaaS PMO organization providing feedback and data-driven insights on how to improve the quality effectiveness and automation of governance processes Be the key contact for their Region to other regional teams such as internal audit external audit risk management legal and finance etc This position is based in India to work closely with the SaaS Operations department OPPORTUNITIES Maintain regular contacts with the SaaS Operations department to manage BAU activities Governance processes Cost Optimization Capacity Management KPI tracking etc Be the first point of contact for the Risk Compliance and Internal Audit Regional teams and manage the process of getting answers to risk audit requests through contacts with the relevant stakeholders SaaS Lead the rollout of Temenos-wide and SaaS initiatives for their Region and take the global lead of at least one of those initiatives Work closely with the other SaaS PMO teams FinOps Cost Sizing Reporting AI to ensure that regional requirements are taken into consideration and take advantage of the latest developments delivered by these teams Ensure that all processes are data-driven and automated through the use of modern data management AI and reporting tooling Establish and manage Document library to ensure we have a single view of all documents for their Region SKILLS Experience - more than 5 years in Governance for a SaaS company or department Proven track record in managing governance and PMO processes in a financial software company Experience in SaaS is a clear advantage Ability to develop and implement PMO processes and policies directs project management staff and working with other department leaders to define prioritize and develop projects and programs Possesses outstanding analytic and problem-solving skills as well as a robust ability to dissect business requirements and realize true business need in order to identify opportunities Applied knowledge of ITIL Agile Ideally Agile Release Train and OKR Proficiency in MS Data Fabric at least Power BI is a strong advantage Excellent ability to communicate at all levels creating strong connections with senior stakeholders cross the organization and also ensuring understanding and adherence to governance processes by all related teams Demonstrate enthusiasm to acquire domain knowledge Education - bachelor s degree or master s or postgraduate degrees preferably MBA VALUES Care We care and listen to each other our clients partners and the communities we serve Commit We commit with determination and persistence to make things happen Collaborate We collaborate within Temenos and across a wider partner ecosystem Challenge We challenge the status quo try to look at things differently and drive change SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include Maternity leave Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month Family care 4 weeks of paid family care leave Recharge days 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally needed to recharge Study leave 2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal development
