Job Summary The Junior Civil Engineer will assist in the planning execution and supervision of residential construction projects This role supports senior engineers in managing day-to-day site activities ensuring quality control safety compliance and timely progress It is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking hands-on experience in residential site engineering Key Responsibilities Site Execution Supervision Assist in monitoring daily site activities and ensuring work is carried out as per drawings and specifications Coordinate with contractors laborers and vendors to maintain work progress Report site issues progress and material requirements to the senior engineer or site manager Quality Control Compliance Ensure construction quality standards and safety protocols are followed Check materials and workmanship against approved specifications Maintain records of inspections test results and quality reports Documentation Reporting Maintain daily site logs work progress reports and labor records Assist in preparing measurements bills of quantities and material requisitions Track material usage and help manage inventory on-site Technical Support Read and interpret civil and architectural drawings Provide technical input on layout leveling concreting plastering and other civil works Assist in solving basic engineering problems under supervision Requirements Education Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution Experience 0-2 years of experience in residential or building construction preferred freshers can apply Skills Competencies Basic understanding of construction drawings materials and methods Familiarity with site safety standards and civil engineering practices Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office knowledge of AutoCAD or similar software is an advantage Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
