Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven US IT Recruiter with 4-8 years of proven experience in end-to-end recruitment The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sourcing screening and hiring IT professionals for contract contract-to-hire and full-time roles A solid understanding of US staffing practices tax terms and ATS systems is essential along with hands-on experience in handling W2 and C2C requirements Key Responsibilities Source screen and hire IT professionals for various hiring models contract contract-to-hire permanent Work extensively with W2 C2C and 1099 employment types Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through job portals ATS LinkedIn referrals and networking Conduct interviews to assess technical skills experience and cultural fit Negotiate compensation pay rates and contract terms with consultants and vendors Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from requirement gathering to onboarding Collaborate with clients and account managers to understand needs and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates Maintain accurate candidate and requirement data in ATS Required Skills Qualifications 4-8 years of US IT recruitment experience Strong knowledge of US tax terms W2 C2C 1099 Proficiency in ATS and vendor management systems Experience sourcing from Dice Monster CareerBuilder LinkedIn Indeed and networking platforms Excellent communication relationship management and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a quick-paced environment while meeting deadlines Job Type Full-time Pay 30 286 25 - 60 800 61 per month Benefits Health insurance Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Application Question s We are scheduling only onsite interviews Are you available today or tomorrow for a 30-minute onsite interview Are you available to join within a week Work Location In person
