We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support the day-to-day activities of both the Human Resources and Marketing departments The ideal candidate will assist in executing HR and marketing strategies maintaining departmental operations coordinating internal and external communications and ensuring seamless administrative processes Assist in recruitment activities including job postings screening interview scheduling and onboarding processes Maintain and update employee records and HR databases Coordinate employee engagement activities and training programs Handle documentation such as offer letters contracts and HR reports Address basic employee queries and escalate complex issues when needed Coordinate with vendors designers and agencies Marketing Operations Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns online and offline Follow ups of leads Coordinate with vendors designers and agencies for marketing materials Help manage social media accounts and track performance analytics Maintain a database of marketing content and promotional materials Conduct market research and compile competitor analysis reports vistit as and when required for marketing purpose Support in organizing events webinars or promotional activities Key Skills and Competencies Strong organizational and multitasking skills Good communication and interpersonal abilities Proficient in MS Office Word Excel PowerPoint Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and HRMS systems Analytical thinking and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Discretion with confidential information Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a dual-role HR Marketing environment Certification in HR Marketing is a plus Career Growth Opportunities This role provides foundational exposure to both HR and Marketing operations with opportunities to specialize or advance into senior roles in either domain over time Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 20 000 97 - 30 000 71 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
