We are looking for a highly experienced IFS Finance Lead Architect to join our enterprise technology team The ideal candidate will bring 14-20 years of experience including at least 7 years in IFS Apps 10 and IFS Cloud finance functional areas with 5 years in leadership roles This role is critical in designing and architecting end-to-end IFS finance solutions optimizing financial processes and aligning system capabilities with strategic business objectives Key Responsibilities Partner with finance leadership to align IFS capabilities with organizational goals identifying opportunities to enhance processes and drive business value Design and architect comprehensive IFS Finance solutions including module configurations integrations data models and customizations while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards Develop long-term IFS Cloud roadmaps for financial applications defining target architecture building blocks milestones and conducting cost-benefit analyses Analyze and recommend implementation approaches Reuse vs Buy vs Build across the IFS ERP application estate Map systems and services engaging with business stakeholders to ensure robust financial controls and process efficiency Lead elicitation analysis and documentation of complex business requirements for IFS Finance functionalities translating them into functional and non-functional specifications Act as a liaison between finance stakeholders and technical teams ensuring solutions reflect business needs and effectively communicating technology recommendations Evaluate existing financial processes identify inefficiencies and propose optimized workflows leveraging IFS best practices Guide configuration of IFS Financials modules and oversee participation in testing cycles UAT SIT Define data requirements ensuring data integrity effective migration strategies and robust reporting capabilities Lead teams manage projects and ensure compliance with financial KPIs root-cause analysis and user experience considerations Demonstrate leadership influence and collaboration while fostering effective stakeholder management Required Skills Qualifications Proven leadership in managing teams process implementations and complex projects Strong understanding of finance KPIs workflow optimization and root-cause analysis techniques Exceptional communication stakeholder management and decision-making skills Demonstrated experience in IFS Cloud implementations functional consulting or architecture Bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent advanced finance or ERP certifications a plus Ability to work in a diverse international environment while handling confidential information Proactive self-motivated and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously This role demands a strategic detail-oriented skilled capable of driving financial transformation improving process efficiency and delivering scalable compliant and effective IFS finance solutions across the enterprise
