Key Responsibilities During Training and Beyond As a Network Engineer Trainee your major tasks will include 1 Providing technical support remotely from Lucknow office to field site engineers across India 2 Managing on boarding and training newly appointed site engineers and technicians 3 Supporting the planning and execution of IT infrastructure projects including CCTV Networking and Access Control Systems 4 Monitoring project progress and resolving technical issues reported from remote sites 5 Coordinating and verifying material dispatch inward outward and usage reports 6 Maintaining documentation of assets such as routers switches DVR NVR cables etc 7 Preparing and sharing technical reports installation checklists and issue logs 8 Managing customer communication related to service calls escalations and installation updates 9 Supporting the team in pre-sales technical documentation and site readiness verification 10 Assisting in internal trainings and maintaining SOPs for technical processes Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contract length 3 months Pay 5 000 00 - 6 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
