Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Technical Supervisor with a strong background in residential building projects The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations ensuring construction quality managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed safely on time and within budget Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all in office construction activities for residential building projects Monitor the quality of workmanship and ensure adherence to construction drawings specifications and standards Coordinate with engineers architects contractors and vendors to ensure smooth execution of the project Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and compliance standards Resolve technical issues on-site and escalate critical concerns to the Project Manager Maintain daily work logs site reports and update project status Ensure optimal utilization of labor materials and equipment Assist in planning project schedules and resource requirements Train and guide junior site staff and ensure team discipline and productivity Liaise with clients and consultants during site visits or inspections Requirements Diploma or Bachelor s Degree in Electrician 3-4 years of experience in residential building construction supervision Solid understanding of civil construction practices structural detailing and finishing work Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and technical specifications Knowledge of construction safety practices and local building codes Good communication team management and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
