Job Summary We are looking for a CMA-qualified skilled to join our finance team as an Assistant Accounts Manager The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cost accounting financial reporting budgeting compliance and audit support The role involves supporting the Accounts Manager in day-to-day operations and ensuring accurate financial practices in line with statutory and internal controls Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial statements MIS reports and statutory records Assist in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis Monitor cost control systems and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints Perform detailed cost analysis and recommend cost optimization measures Support month-end and year-end close processes Manage reconciliations - bank vendor customer intercompany Ensure compliance with GST TDS and other statutory requirements Coordinate with statutory internal and tax auditors Assist in finalization of accounts as per applicable accounting standards Implement and monitor internal financial controls and processes Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Tally ERP SAP or any major ERP system Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Working knowledge of tax laws statutory compliance and audits Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Candidate Profile CMA qualified with a minimum of 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience Prior experience in manufacturing trading or similar sectors preferred Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Life insurance Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience CMA 3 years Preferred Work Location In person
