Job Title Operations Specialist - Airfreight Male Location Kakkanad India Work Schedule Monday to Friday 12 00 PM - 9 30 PM About the Role As an Operations Specialist - Airfreight you will play a critical role in the smooth execution of international airfreight operations You will coordinate with airlines agents service providers and subcontractors to ensure the compliant timely and cost-efficient handling of shipments The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and experienced in global airfreight procedures Key Responsibilities Execute daily operational and administrative tasks in airfreight handling Coordinate with agents airlines service providers and subcontractors Book and assign shipments with airlines and partners Prepare freight calculations and customer quotations Enter and update shipment details in internal systems Manage customs clearance documentation and coordination Verify EU service providers RB BV for compliance purposes Maintain regular communication with customers and partners to ensure service transparency Prepare review and reconcile invoices from to customers agents and service providers Support profit share reporting and settlement processes Candidate Requirements Vocational training in freight forwarding logistics or equivalent hands-on experience in airfreight operations Strong knowledge of international airfreight procedures customs formalities and carrier booking systems Mandatory experience in airfreight operations Proficient in MS Office experience with freight forwarding tools e g Dakosy is an advantage Excellent written and spoken English fluency in German is a plus Good typing skills and computer proficiency High attention to detail with a structured and independent working approach Solid communication skills with a service-oriented and team-focused mindset Preference Male candidates What We Offer A dynamic and international work environment Flat hierarchies and fast decision-making Exposure to global airfreight operations Opportunity to work with experienced logistics professionals Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person
