Stores Assistant - Raw Materials Job Summary Support daily warehousing operations focused on raw materials receiving organizing issuing and tracking supplies to ensure timely production flow and inventory accuracy Key Responsibilities Inward Receiving Operations Receive raw materials per purchase orders and supplier delivery notes Verify quality quantities and documentation unpack and label items accurately Inventory Management Issuing Issue materials to production or departments per material requests Maintain FIFO principles Handle WIP components packing materials consumables and gowning items Record-Keeping Data Entry Maintain bin cards register entries for inward outward material and perform periodic cycle counts Prepare logistical documents such as delivery challans log all movements Coordination Logistics Liaise with service production teams and vendors for material requests or returns of faulty items Handle courier or transporter coordination as needed Material Control Tools Equipment Qualifications Skills Education At least High School 10 2 Bachelor s degree Experience Entry-level 0-2 years in warehouse store roles Mid-level 1-3 years as Raw Material Assistant or inventory handler Experience with ERP tools or Tally is a plus Technical Skills Knowledge of inventory tools bin card systems Attention to detail organization physical stamina for lifting and movement Clear communication and coordination with internal teams and suppliers Basic data entry and recordkeeping skills Job Types Full time Walk-In Pay 11 500 00 - 14 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Ability to commute relocate Manauli Mohali Punjab Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Experience total work 1 year Required Work Location In person
