Job Summary We are seeking dynamic and experienced Area Managers to lead the acquisition and distribution of our Outpatient Department OPD Subscription Plan across assigned regions in India The role involves managing DSAs building robust partner networks creating awareness about OPD plans driving sales and ensuring seamless client servicing and education Key ResponsibilitiesSales Distribution Drive sales of OPD-focused subscription plans across designated territories Recruit onboard and manage a network of DSAs SM and channel partners Product Awareness Promote OPD benefits and product awareness among clients and partners Train DSAs agents and distributors on product USPs processes and claims protocols Coordinate with backend support teams to ensure seamless service and timely issue resolution Team DSA Management Build and lead regional sales teams and a robust DSA network Track performance provide Training and ensure achievement of sales targets Implement and monitor incentive schemes performance metrics and productivity measures Market Development Identify and develop new markets for OPD subscription insurance solutions Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies and improve penetration Compliance Reporting Ensure full compliance with Company regulations industry practices and internal policies Maintain and present accurate MIS reports sales forecasts and performance insights Key Requirements Education Graduate any stream Experience Minimum 2 years in insurance sales General Health insurance preferred Skills Strong leadership with hands-on experience in DSA channel partner management Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills In-depth knowledge of OPD products processes and claims Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms Willingness to travel extensively based on regional requirements Job Type Full-time Pay 29 000 00 - 33 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location Remote
