Job Title Senior Site Civil Engineer Location Hyderabad Job Type Full time Reports To Project Manager Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage on-site civil engineering activities The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction work is executed efficiently safely and in accordance with the design specifications budget and schedule This role requires leadership technical expertise and a strong understanding of civil construction practices Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate on-site civil engineering activities including earthworks foundations drainage roads and structural works Ensure all work complies with project specifications codes and safety standards Liaise with project stakeholders including contractors consultants clients and government authorities Review and interpret engineering drawings plans and specifications Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure quality and schedule adherence Prepare daily weekly progress reports and provide input for project documentation Coordinate with procurement and materials teams for timely delivery of materials Resolve technical issues manage site conflicts and provide solutions as needed Oversee subcontractors and ensure compliance with project standards Ensure environmental and safety policies are strictly followed on-site Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in civil site engineering with at least 3 years in a senior or supervisory role Valid Professional Engineer PE license or equivalent preferred Strong understanding of construction methods materials and legal regulations Experience working on e g infrastructure commercial residential or industrial projects Skills Required Excellent project management and leadership skills Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D MS Project and other civil engineering software Strong knowledge of site safety practices and risk management Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 40 000 00 - 60 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
