We are seeking a proactive and energetic Site Supervisor to oversee client site visits prepare job estimates supervise maintenance work and maintain strong client relationships The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients the internal team and the management Key Responsibilities Client Site Visits Visit both existing and prospective client sites Inspect and document the maintenance tasks required Quotation Preparation Prepare and submit detailed quotes with estimated cost and completion time Training will be provided to estimate tasks accurately Work Supervision Reporting Ensure the maintenance work is carried out as per the approved quote Supervise the crew and confirm completion as per client satisfaction Get job completion sign-off from clients and submit reports to management Team Coordination Recruit and manage maintenance staff as needed Guide and support your team throughout the work process Client Relationship Management Build and maintain a positive rapport with clients Serve as the go-to person for client queries and feedback Qualifications Skills Minimum Educational Qualification 12th Pass Diploma Any Degree Good communication and convincing skills Willingness to travel locally and meet clients in person Basic knowledge of using a smartphone messaging apps and email Salary Negotiable based on educational background and work experience Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Advantages Flexible schedule Language English Preferred Work Location In person Speak with the employer 91 (phone hidden)
