Qualifications Minimum Education BE - Electrical Engineer Minimum Experience 2 to 5 years of related experience Control Panels Power Calculation Circuit Breakers Software Preferred Auto CAD Electrical 2018 Candidate Shall be from Semiconductor Industry Automation Sector Reporting Project Manager Location Bengaluru KA IN Essential Working Knowledge of Auto CAD Electrical 2018 or later Min 1 Year Experience in creation of detailed point to point schematics for Control Panels Motor Control Centres Power Distribution Panels Min 2 Years of Design Experience including power Calculations Component Selections schematic and Bill of Materials Creation I O list creation wire and cable and harness selection Design Sensor selection etc Working knowledge of circuit Components like circuit Breakers Contractors relays protection relays push buttons indicators connectors terminal blocks Cable routing accessories sensors for voltage and current Arc temperature etc Desirable Working Knowledge of Various process related sensors including pressure vacuum flow distance displacement proximity limit rotary and linear position Etc Knowledge of EMI EMC and panel Design Working knowledge of Motor Control Responsibilities Responsible for performing qualified electrical engineering research design development modification and testing in support of electrical systems and or power distribution and generation Work with a multidisciplinary engineering design team electrical mechanical software technical support productivity engineers and suppliers on the design modification Maintain and develop process checkpoints to ensure adherence to design standards and schedules Work with leadership peers to drive process improvements as necessary Creates electrical schematics and system based on requirements and creates releases engineering drawings bill of materials Assists with development and refinement of functional specifications for electrical systems and power distribution
