Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth and client acquisition in the design sector or Civil Laboratory Sector The ideal candidate should have prior experience in working with architectural or design firms customer handling with strong communication and negotiation skills Key Responsibilities Identify and develop current business opportunities within the construction and design sectors Build and maintain relationships with architects interior designers builders and contractors Promote and sell the company s building products and related services Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to prospective clients Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per business goals Conduct market research to identify current trends customer needs and competitor activities Coordinate with internal teams Design Operations and Accounts to ensure smooth client servicing Handle client inquiries and provide after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and repeat business Travel to client sites and project locations as required Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Civil Engineering or a related field 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales preferably in construction Civil Lab or design firms Strong understanding of design processes Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and site visits Key Attributes Self-motivated and result-oriented Strong networking and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
