Job Summary The MIS Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing sales data preparing analytical reports and supporting the sales team with accurate and timely MIS updates This role requires robust analytical skills attention to detail and proficiency in Excel and reporting tools Key Responsibilities MIS Reporting Collect consolidate and analyze daily weekly monthly sales data from the sales team Prepare MIS reports dashboards and visual summaries for management review Track key performance indicators KPIs such as sales targets achievements pipeline and conversions Maintain data accuracy in CRM ERP systems and ensure timely updates Sales Coordination Assist the sales team with order processing follow-ups and documentation Generate quotations sales orders and approval notes as required Coordinate with internal departments accounts logistics operations for smooth order execution Data Management Ensure proper data entry validation and reconciliation of sales figures Maintain customer databases product pricing order status and pending payments Identify discrepancies in reports and highlight issues for corrective actions Communication Support Provide timely reports and insights to sales managers and leadership Respond to queries from the sales team regarding data reports and analytics Support the team in forecasting and budgeting activities with relevant data inputs Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Commerce Statistics or related field 1-4 years of experience in MIS Sales Coordination or similar roles Strong proficiency in MS Excel VLOOKUP Pivot Tables Charts Knowledge of CRM ERP systems is an added advantage Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines Preferred Attributes Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in data handling Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets Experience in preparing management dashboards and KPI trackers Good coordination and time management skills Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
