A Textile Printing Supervisor oversees the complete printing process in a textile manufacturing unit ensuring smooth operations quality control productivity and worker coordination The role includes supervising printing machines managing print orders maintaining print quality troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely delivery of production targets Key Responsibilities 1 Production Supervision Manage daily printing operations rotary flatbed digital or screen printing Allocate tasks to operators and helpers based on skill and workload Monitor machine settings speed and print parameters Ensure production targets are met within deadlines 2 Quality Control Inspect printed fabric for colour accuracy registration sharpness and defects Approve first-batch samples before full production Implement corrective actions for quality deviations Maintain quality reports and defect logs 3 Process Machine Management Set recipes paste preparation standards and printing parameters Ensure proper screen mounting colour matching and viscosity control Oversee machine maintenance and coordinate with the maintenance team for repairs Ensure cleanliness and upkeep of printing machines and workplace 4 Team Management Supervise printing operators colour masters helpers and support staff Provide on-the-job training for current workers Ensure compliance with safety protocols and SOPs 5 Material Handling Coordinate with the store for dyes chemicals screens and auxiliaries Monitor usage of printing paste colours and consumables Minimize wastage and optimize resource utilization 6 Documentation Reporting Maintain production records shift reports and quality reports Update order status and communicate with production planning PPC and quality departments Report machine breakdowns and delays Required Skills Competencies Strong technical knowledge of textile printing processes Ability to interpret print designs repeats and recipe formulas Hands-on experience with dyes pigments binders and chemicals Good team leadership and communication skills Problem-solving and decision-making ability Understanding of colour matching and fabric behavior Qualifications Diploma Degree in Textile Technology or relevant field 3-7 years of experience in textile printing supervision Experience with rotary and flatbed is preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Total 5 years Preferred Work Location In person
