Job description We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to manage daily accounting tasks ensure compliance and support smooth financial operations Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including entries billing invoicing and reconciliations Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable efficiently Prepare and maintain financial records ledgers and reports Prepare and file GST returns perform GST reconciliation and ensure GST compliance Manage TDS calculations deductions payments and filing of TDS returns Generate and manage E-invoicing and ensure accurate reporting Handle cash maintenance cash book updates and ensure accurate cash flow tracking Work with international documents such as commercial invoices packing lists shipping documents and other export-related paperwork Assist in monthly quarterly and yearly financial closing Coordinate with internal teams and clients for payment follow-ups Ensure compliance with accounting standards GST TDS and company policies Support internal and external audits with required documentation Maintain accurate data and ensure timely updates in accounting software Prepare MIS and financial reports for management Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field Proven experience as an Account Executive or similar accounting role Robust knowledge of GST TDS and e-invoicing procedures Understanding of international trade documents import export documentation Proficiency in accounting software Tally ERP QuickBooks etc Excellent analytical organizational and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s What is your Current Salary What is your Expected Salary What is your Notice Period Are you comfortable with the location of Okhla Phase 2 New Delhi Work Location In person
