Flaviant Network P Ltd is hiring for its Residential Academy located on the Delhi-Alwar Highway We are looking for a dynamic and responsible lady to join our team as a Hostel Administrator who will provide care support and supervision to the students Roles Responsibilities Foster a safe secure and nurturing hostel and library workplace for students Ensure well-being discipline and emotional support especially for girl students Maintain student records and hostel-related data registers files and Excel sheets Address day-to-day student concerns and grievances and resolve them promptly Coordinate with the logistics administration and facilities team for hostel operations Monitor cleanliness safety and hygiene standards across the campus Qualifications Requirements Female candidates between 40 to 60 years of age Prior experience in school administration hostel administration teaching or nursing preferred Must be willing to reside on the campus to manage responsibilities Any graduation minimum qualification Ability to handle students patiently and empathetically Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in English required Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 172 834 27 - 400 000 00 per year Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
