We are hiring an Admission Counsellor to engage with prospective students understand their academic goals and guide them in choosing the right program The role focuses on student interaction personalized counseling timely follow-ups and ensuring a smooth admission journey from inquiry to enrollment A short self-introduction video is mandatory for all applicants Key Responsibilities Interact with prospective students and explain program details learning outcomes and career pathways Provide explicit guidance to students and parents to help them make informed academic decisions Manage incoming inquiries and support students through the admission and onboarding process Maintain consistent communication via calls WhatsApp email or virtual sessions Follow up with interested candidates to ensure timely completion of enrollment steps Accurately record all student interactions updates and progress in the CRM Coordinate with academic operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth information flow and efficient student support Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in academic counseling admissions or student support Strong communication listening and interpersonal skills Ability to confidently explain programs and address student queries Organized target-driven and consistent with follow-ups Basic knowledge of CRM tools and digital communication platforms Mandatory Submission of a short self-introduction video Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Application Question s Current Salary Work Location In person
