About the Role We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Admin System Administrator to manage maintain and improve our company s IT infrastructure The ideal candidate will handle system updates network monitoring technical support troubleshooting and ensure smooth IT operations for all staff Key Responsibilities Install configure and maintain operating systems software hardware and network devices Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to desktops laptops servers and networks Manage user accounts permissions password resets and access control Perform regular system backups data recovery tasks and ensure IT security protocols Maintain and update antivirus systems firewalls and security patches Provide technical support L1 L2 to employees for hardware software network and application issues Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of all IT activities Handle installation and configuration of printers scanners routers switches CCTV and biometric attendance systems Monitor network connectivity bandwidth usage and troubleshoot internet issues Ensure compliance with company IT policies and support new infrastructure setups Coordinate with external vendors for IT procurement AMC hardware replacements and repairs Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in IT Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience 1-4 years of experience as System Administrator IT Support Network Engineer Robust knowledge of Windows OS Linux basics MS Office and system troubleshooting Hands-on experience with LAN WAN networks routers switches Wi-Fi access points Knowledge of Active Directory DNS DHCP VPN and firewall management Ability to handle server maintenance backup solutions and cloud basics optional Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Excellent communication and customer support skills Preferred Skills Experience with cloud platforms AWS Azure Knowledge of ERP CRM system support Basic scripting PowerShell Bash Understanding of cybersecurity best practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 12 297 96 - 31 161 35 per month Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Work Location In person
