Position PCB design engineer EI45BT RM 3780 Role Overview We are seeking a skilled PCB Designer with robust experience in designing high-speed multi-layer PCBs for automotive embedded systems such as Digital Clusters IVI Systems Telematics ECUs and Power Electronics modules The ideal candidate should be proficient in PCB CAD tools understand automotive design rules and be capable of collaborating closely with hardware engineers to deliver EMI EMC-compliant and production-ready PCB layouts Key Responsibilities Design multi-layer PCBs 4-12 layers for automotive-grade embedded hardware Cluster IVI TCU Telematics ECUs Perform high-speed PCB layout for interfaces such as LPDDR eMMC Ethernet RGMII RMII MIPI DSI CSI USB CAN LIN SPI and RF sections Proficient in Altium Designer OrCAD PCB Editor Cadence Allegro or equivalent PCB EDA tools Strong knowledge of High-speed signal routing Impedance-controlled stack-up Power distribution network design RF layout BLE WiFi LTE GNSS High-current power electronics routing Experience with Gerber generation fabrication files drill files and 3D model integration Understanding of IPC standards IPC-2221 IPC-7351 IPC-610 Create PCB stack-up in collaboration with fabrication vendors ensuring impedance-controlled routing Execute differential pair routing length matching skew control and impedance calculations for high-speed nets Perform placement routing considering thermal mechanical and electrical constraints Ensure PCB designs meet EMI EMC standards CISPR 25 AIS004 ISO 11452 Implement design guidelines for automotive EMC ESD and signal noise immunity Perform DFM DFA and DFT checks before release Prepare and review fabrication drawings assembly drawings and manufacturing documentation Work closely with hardware design engineers on schematic-to-layout flow Implement feedback from SI PI engineers and validation teams Coordinate with PCB fabricators and assembly houses for manufacturability improvements Maintain revision control and documentation of all PCB design files Created DFMEA DFM DFA and validation plans aligned with V-model Contributed to HARA safety goals and technical safety concept for ECU Ensure compliance with automotive standards such as AEC-Q and ISO 26262 Job Category Embedded HW SW Job Type Full Time Job Location Pune Experience 4-5 Years Notice period 0-30 days
