Key Responsibilities 1 Operations Management Oversee daily travel operations to ensure timely execution and service delivery Maintain operational efficiency and address any process gaps Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to SOPs Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company standards and client requirements 2 Tour Package Planning Design customize and price domestic and international tour packages Work with internal teams and destination experts to create competitive itineraries Stay updated with travel trends seasonal destinations and customer preferences 3 Customer Query Handling Act as a point of contact for customer queries and grievances Provide timely accurate and courteous responses to ensure high customer satisfaction Assist in resolving complaints and following up on service recovery cases 4 Vendor Coordination Liaise with hotels transport providers guides and other service vendors Negotiate rates and manage contracts to ensure profitability and service quality Maintain solid relationships with key vendors for smooth operational flow Key Requirements Bachelor s degree in Travel Tourism Hospitality or a related field 2-6 years of experience in travel operations preferably in a tour management company Strong knowledge of travel destinations products and operations Excellent communication negotiation and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure Proficiency in travel software and MS Office tools Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
