- Site Engineer PEB Company Ferromonk Steel Structures Pvt Ltd Location Nagpur Experience 2-3 Years Mandatory PEB Experience Department Project Site Execution Position Overview The Site Engineer - PEB will be responsible for supervising coordinating and ensuring timely execution of Pre-Engineered Building PEB erection activities at project sites The role requires strong technical knowledge of PEB structures erection processes safety compliance and site management Key Responsibilities Supervise PEB erection activities including columns rafters sheeting z-purlins eave struts and other structural components Read and interpret PEB erection drawings GA drawings fabrication drawings and anchor bolt plans Coordinate with project managers contractors and the fabrication team for material planning and site requirements Monitor daily site progress and maintain DPR Daily Progress Report Ensure proper alignment leveling bolting welding and torque tightening as per standards Manage site workforce contractors equipment and material handling Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and site safety protocols Conduct quality checks on erection and sheeting work to avoid rework and ensure structural integrity Report site issues delays and requirements to the project team promptly Verify material unloading storage and reconciliation Ensure completion of work within timelines as per project schedule Required Skills Competencies Hands-on experience in PEB erection minimum 2-3 years Solid knowledge of PEB components drawings and erection procedures Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with contractors Knowledge of quality and safety standards at construction industrial sites Strong problem-solving skills and quick decision-making ability Good communication and reporting skills Basic knowledge of MS Excel MS Word and site documentation Education Diploma B E B Tech in Civil Mechanical Engineering preferred Additional Requirements Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites Ability to work under tight schedules and site conditions Job Type Full-time Pay 11 276 26 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Application Question s Are you comfortable with project-based travel extended working hours or site relocation when required Are you ready to work on sites How many years of experience you have has a site engineer in PEB What is your current salary What is your expected salary Are you ready to join immediately Work Location In person
