Role RESERVATION COORDINATOR preferably Male Candidate Overview The Reservation Coordinator is responsible for efficiently handling reservation requests from the in-house Sales Team and external travel agents through phone email and other booking platforms The role includes accurately entering booking information into the system maintaining updated room availability status and supporting the achievement of monthly sales and revenue targets Key Responsibilities Handle and process reservation requests received professionally Accurately enter and update booking details into the reservation system to avoid discrepancies Maintain and regularly update room availability and vacancy information and communicate these updates to the Sales Team to ensure smooth booking operations Contribute to meeting monthly revenue and sales targets by creating and promoting special packages and offers to boost room sales Process reservations for additional services requested by guests or the Sales Team ensuring a seamless booking experience Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as quality assurance and operational standards Coordinate effectively with other departments to ensure guest needs and special requests are met Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room rates promotions and policies to provide accurate information to clients and partners Required Skills and Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of requests efficiently Proficiency in reservation systems and MS Office applications Positive interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners Commitment to upholding confidentiality and company standards Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Food provided Health insurance Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person
