Job Summary The PR Executive is responsible for supporting the development and execution of public relations strategies to enhance the company s brand image manage media relations and promote key messaging This role involves drafting press materials coordinating media outreach organizing events and monitoring PR campaigns to ensure effective communication with stakeholders Key Responsibilities 1 Media Relations - Build and maintain relationships with journalists bloggers and influencers - Draft and distribute press releases media pitches and spokesperson statements - Monitor media coverage and track PR campaign performance 2 Content Creation - Write engaging PR content including press releases articles speeches and social media posts - Assist in developing thought leadership pieces case studies and corporate announcements 3 Event Management - Support the planning and execution of PR events press conferences and product launches - Coordinate logistics media attendance and post-event follow-ups 4 Brand Reputation Management - Help maintain a positive public image for the company and its executives - Monitor public opinion and address potential PR risks proactively 5 Stakeholder Communication - Assist in internal communications including employee newsletters and executive messaging - Collaborate with marketing social media and sales teams to align PR efforts with business goals 6 Reporting Analytics - Track PR metrics e g media impressions engagement rates and prepare reports - Analyze campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements Qualifications Skills - Bachelor s degree in Public Relations Communications Journalism or related field - experience in PR corporate communications or media relations - Strong writing editing and verbal communication skills - Familiarity with media databases e g Cision Meltwater and PR tools - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of social media and digital PR trends Job Type Full time Pay 10 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus
