Job Title Supervisor - HVAC Location Dubai Industry Construction MEP We are seeking an experienced HVAC Supervisor to oversee all heating ventilation and air conditioning works in office The ideal candidate will manage HVAC teams ensure proper installation commissioning and maintenance of systems and maintain high quality and safety standards Requirements 3-4 years of GCC or Indian construction experience is mandatory Strong knowledge of HVAC systems equipment and installation practices Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings specifications and layouts Proven experience supervising HVAC teams Strong leadership coordination and communication skills Knowledge of construction safety regulations and MEP standards Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site HVAC issues Key Responsibilities Supervise daily HVAC installation testing and commissioning activities Allocate tasks and monitor performance of HVAC teams Ensure HVAC works comply with project specifications and drawings Coordinate with engineers subcontractors and other trades Inspect completed work for quality and compliance Manage materials tools and inventory for HVAC works Enforce safety protocols and report any site issues Employment Type Full-time Salary Add Salary or To be discussed during interview Start Date Immediate Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 97 138 00 - 121 422 00 per month
