We are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily focus on end-to-end recruitment 85-90 for a leading Construction company The role requires strong experience in sourcing and hiring blue-collar talent such as site workers technicians supervisors operators and other on-site roles The position is based full-time at our Lonavla location Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and support functions blue-collar junior-level roles Source candidates through local networks agencies job portals field visits and referrals Screen shortlist and coordinate interviews with site teams and project managers Handle offer negotiation documentation onboarding coordination and joining formalities Build and maintain a strong local blue-collar talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming projects Maintain recruitment trackers MIS and weekly hiring status reports Support basic HR operations such as attendance follow-up documentation and employee records as required Local candidates from Mumbai Pune willing to relocate to Lonavala are preferred Blue Collar Hiring experience is Mandatory Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 55 000 00 per month Work Location In person
