About the Role Were seeking an Engineering Lead Architect to design build and guide the development of our next-generation voice AI platform This role combines deep technical expertise with hands-on leadership shaping architecture mentoring engineers and ensuring we deliver high-quality scalable solutions Key Responsibilities Own the overall technical architecture and system design of our platform including APIs services data layers and integrations Choose appropriate technologies frameworks and tools to align with business and product goals Define and review API contracts data models and infrastructure components Break down product features into detailed engineering tasks and estimate effort Set and enforce coding standards security practices and performance guidelines Mentor coach and review code from engineering team members Collaborate closely with Product UX DevOps and QA teams to ensure alignment and quality Oversee scalability reliability and cost optimization of cloud infrastructure Contribute hands-on to critical components especially during initial builds or high-impact phases Requirements 6 years of engineering experience with 2 years in a lead or architect role Strong experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems preferably cloud-native microservices Deep knowledge of API design databases SQL NoSQL and event-driven architectures Hands-on expertise with technologies such as Node js or TypeScript additionally Python is a plus Experience with AWS or Azure cloud services Strong understanding of CI CD security best practices and monitoring Excellent communication and collaboration skills ability to translate between technical and business needs Nice to Have Experience with AI ML systems voice tech or real-time streaming architectures Familiarity with WebSockets ASR or NLU NLP pipelines Prior startup or scale-up environment experience What We Offer Chance to shape the technical direction of a cutting-edge voice AI platform A collaborative ambitious team passionate about innovation Freedom to choose and influence technologies and architectures Flexible working arrangements and a culture of continuous learning
