Job Title Phlebotomist and health care assistant Key Responsibilities 1 Blood Collection Intravenous infusion medication Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture or capillary puncture techniques Intravenous and intramuscular injections to be administered as per doctor prescription 2 Patient Preparation Prepare patients for blood collection dental Gynae sonography skin treatments explain the procedure and answer questions 3 Sample Handling Label handle and process blood samples correctly to ensure accurate test results 4 Equipment Maintenance Maintain and calibrate equipment clinic sanitisation Clinic cleanlines 5 Infection Control Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of diseases 6 Patient Safety Ensure patient safety and comfort during the blood collection process 7 Record Keeping Maintain accurate records of blood collections medication stocks including patient information and test results Requirements 1 Education Certificate or diploma in phlebotomy or a related field 2 Training Completion of a phlebotomy training program or equivalent experience 3 Certification Certification as a phlebotomist 4 Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills attention to detail and ability to work with patients of all ages Work Setting OPD clinic with walk in patients Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 8pm Salary Range INR 8000 to 15000 - per month Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 9 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Experience Phlebotomy 1 year Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location In person
