Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative skilled to lead the New Product Development NPD function with a focus on static equipment design The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of ASME codes hands-on experience with design tools like PV Elite and a strong foundation in engineering calculations analysis and product lifecycle management Key Responsibilities Design and develop static equipment in compliance with ASME Sec VIII Div 1 2 and other relevant international codes Perform design and process calculations using PV Elite and other mechanical design tools Evaluate and conclude on results from FEA CFD analysis reports for product validation Lead reverse engineering projects to develop or enhance product designs Implement new engineering processes and techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness Plan and manage project timelines milestones and deliverables in alignment with business goals Protect intellectual property by preparing and filing patents and managing the patent portfolio Prepare and present reports on development progress testing outcomes and technical performance to management and stakeholders Oversee selection integration and validation of auxiliary equipment e g pumps motors valves worm gears actuators Provide technical leadership and support to cross-functional teams Release purchase requisitions related to the project scope Handle cost estimation and project cost control activities Evaluate and approve mechanical drawings and engineering documentation Plan and supervise product testing and validation activities Prepare and review Design Validation Reports DVRs and Test Reports Ensure successful implementation of new products into production Manage engineering resources testing facilities and infrastructure as per project needs Required Skills Knowledge Strong working knowledge of ASME Sec VIII Div 1 2 and related mechanical codes Proficient in PV Elite and other design calculation software Understanding of FEA CFD analysis interpretation Proven experience in reverse engineering and NPD Excellent skills in project planning cost control and resource management Strong interpersonal communication and team leadership abilities Knowledge of auxiliary systems such as pumps valves actuators is a plus Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 1 200 000 00 - 1 800 000 00 per year Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location In person Expected Start Date 01 08 2025
