Job Location Borivali East Mumbai We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations employee engagement recruitment and compliance The ideal candidate should be organised empathetic and capable of building solid internal relationships Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Source screen and shortlist candidates through job portals social media and referrals Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers Manage offer rollouts salary negotiations and onboarding 2 HR Operations Maintain employee records and HRIS databases Manage attendance leave and payroll coordination Handle documentation including appointment letters confirmations and appraisals 3 Employee Engagement Culture Plan and execute engagement activities Conduct employee touchpoints feedback sessions and exit interviews Promote a positive workplace culture and support employees with HR-related concerns 4 Performance Management Support managers in setting KRAs and tracking performance Coordinate mid-year and annual appraisal cycles 5 Compliance Policies Ensure statutory compliance PF ESIC Shops Establishment etc Maintain HR policies and ensure company-wide communication Handle disciplinary processes when needed Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree 3-5 years of experience in HR Talent Acquisition Generalist Operations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Ability to multitask maintain confidentiality and work independently What We Offer A supportive and growth-oriented work environment Opportunities to learn and expand your HR skill set Competitive salary and benefits Job Type Full-time Pay 450 000 00 - 600 000 00 per year Ability to commute relocate Borivali Mumbai Maharashtra Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Preferred Application Question s How many years of HR experience do you have Work Location In person
