The Manager - Legal will be responsible for handling legal matters within the Energy Natural Resources industry specifically focused on Renewable energy This role requires expertise in legal compliance contract negotiation and regulatory frameworks Drafting reviewing and finalizing a wide range of contracts MOUs SLAs legal notices replies pleadings and other legal documents across business units Ensuring high quality commercial contract drafting in line with current legal best practices Providing guidance on company law corporate law and principles of corporate governance to internal stakeholders Supporting the formulation revision and implementation of company and departmental policies Conducting legal research on corporate commercial laws exchange control laws and contract laws Advising the business on statutory and regulatory compliances impacting operations Handling litigation matters including NCLT civil criminal and arbitration matters Coordinating following up and providing structured support to external legal counsel Only candidates based out of Pune or willing to relocate to applyOnly candidates with 4-8 yrs of post-qualification experience apply An ideal candidate would possess A degree in Law from a recognised institution Experience range of 4-8 yrs is required Prior experience or familiarity with the energy power wind solar heavy manufacturing sectors is preferred but not mandatory Solid command over contract drafting legal analysis and documentation management Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure A detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy Our client is well-established player operating in the Energy industry They are known for their commitment to innovation and sustainability Opportunity to work in a growing and innovative sector within the Energy industry Supportive and professional work environment
