Key Responsibilities Real-time Monitoring Track the health location and performance of the EV bikes through a centralized dashboard Incident Management Identify faults breakdowns and anomalies in vehicle performance initiate troubleshooting or escalate as needed Remote Diagnostics Utilize telematics data to diagnose and resolve vehicle-related issues remotely Coordination Work closely with field technicians service teams and customer support to ensure timely resolution of operational issues Data Analysis Reporting Analyze data trends to predict potential failures optimize fleet efficiency and provide periodic reports to management Customer Support Liaison Assist in resolving customer complaints related to vehicle functionality and performance Process Improvement Identify gaps in current monitoring and response protocols suggest and implement improvements Compliance Safety Ensure all vehicles adhere to regulatory and safety guidelines through active monitoring and alerts Requirements Diploma in Electrical Mechatronics Engineering or a related field Freshers can apply 1-3 years of experience in command center operations fleet management may be preferred EV industry experience is a plus Strong understanding of IoT telematics systems and vehicle diagnostics Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in data analysis tools Excel SQL Power BI is an advantage Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 20 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Advantages Health insurance Provident Fund Experience Service technician 1 year Required Work Location In person
