Job Title Safety Engineer - Civil Infrastructure Projects Company DIVA Projects Location Chennai Tamil Nadu Job Type Full-Time About Us DIVA Projects is a reputed name in the construction industry specializing in residential commercial industrial warehousing and pipeline projects We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer to ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance across all our project sites Key Responsibilities Implement and monitor site safety policies procedures and regulations in line with statutory requirements Conduct regular safety audits inspections and risk assessments at project sites Ensure strict adherence to PPE site protocols and safety norms for all staff and workers Organize toolbox talks safety training and awareness programs for site teams Investigate and report any accidents or near-miss incidents with root cause analysis Maintain accurate documentation related to safety reports permits and compliance Coordinate with project managers engineers and contractors to enforce safety culture across the organization Requirements Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Engineering Civil Mechanical Industrial Safety Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction safety management preferably in pipeline or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of OSHA ISO 45001 and Indian safety standards Excellent communication training and leadership skills Certification in safety NEBOSH IOSH Diploma in Industrial Safety preferred Salary Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
