Job description Job Title Production cum QC Supervisor Location Jambusar Gujarat Experience 3 to 4 Years Qualification B E B Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field Transportation Provided from Baroda Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production cum Quality Control Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations and ensure product quality standards are met The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mechanical production processes and quality assurance preferably in the kitchen equipment or industrial machinery domain Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day production activities ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications Monitor and enforce quality control procedures across all stages of manufacturing Coordinate with design and engineering teams to resolve production issues Conduct inspections and audits to maintain product quality and compliance Maintain production documentation reports and quality records Train and guide production staff on SOPs and quality standards Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies Desired Skills Competencies Strong understanding of mechanical manufacturing processes Knowledge of quality control tools and techniques e g 5S Kaizen ISO standards Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Proficiency in MS Office and production management software Excellent communication and team leadership skills Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail Job Type Full time Work Location In person
