Job Title Horticulture Executive - Floriculture and Vegetable Cultivation Experience 2-3 years in floriculture and vegetable cultivation About the role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Horticulture Executive with a passion for floriculture and vegetable cultivation to oversee and enhance our crop production operations at Shamshabad Hyderabad This role demands a strong understanding of plant science sustainable farming practices and efficient production management within a polyhouse setting You will be instrumental in ensuring the quality and productivity of our floral and vegetable crops and optimizing our cultivation methods Key responsibilities Plan manage and oversee all aspects of floriculture and vegetable cultivation from seed to harvest Develop and implement optimal cultivation strategies for various floral and vegetable varieties within the polyhouse considering factors like climate soil irrigation and nutrition Monitor plant health and growth identify and diagnose pests and diseases and implement effective and sustainable pest management strategies Manage irrigation and fertilization schedules ensuring optimal water and nutrient delivery to maximize crop yields and quality Maintain accurate records of crop production including planting schedules harvest data yields and pest control measures Collaborate with the team to implement best practices in plant care ensuring a high standard of quality and sustainability Stay updated on industry trends new technologies and advancements in floriculture and vegetable cultivation Qualifications Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in floriculture and vegetable cultivation preferably in a polyhouse or protected cultivation setting Strong knowledge of plant biology soil science plant nutrition and pest and disease management Experience with various cultivation techniques including propagation pruning and harvesting Familiarity with greenhouse management software tools and equipment is an advantage Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Accurate Documentation and daily reports are a must Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
