Roles Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end vendor empanelment and onboarding processes including staffing and non-staffing vendors Ensure all vendor agreements and documentation are up-to-date and in compliance with organizational policies Managing the contingent workforce and resource management functions Accountable and responsible for the fulfilment of all staffing positions across regions Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and quality deliverables Oversee contractual staff onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring seamless experience for both staff and business units Enhance relationships with the leadership team service line heads and project teams act as an interface for staffing and forecasting ensure accurate forecasting and maintain balance of demand and supply of contractors Coordinate and monitor staff payroll processing purchase orders POs and invoicing Ensure alignment with policies and timelines for staff payments and vendor billing Manage mandatory training programs for contractual staff ensuring 100 compliance Track training completions and address gaps through necessary interventions Maintain compliance for contractual staff and vendors Manage BGV Background Verification and NDA processes for new hires ensuring accurate and timely checks Provide inputs for audits and ensure 100 compliance Prepare and present MIS reports and dashboards as per business requirements Support monthly provisions related to vendor payments Other Specifications - Very solid in excel with formulas functions Good Presentation Skill Good communication skill Should be well versed with PO Invoicing Tool Job Type Contractual Temporary Contract length 10 months Pay 20 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month
