Senior Civil Engineer In-House Location Pune Coimbatore India Experience 10-15 years Industry Renewable Energy Infrastructure Sustainability About the Role The Senior Civil Engineer will lead the day-to-day delivery of civil and structural designs for renewable energy and allied infrastructure projects This role requires strong technical execution project coordination and the ability to mentor junior engineers while ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with client and regulatory requirements Reports To Director - Operations with technical guidance from External Civil Structural Expert Key Responsibilities Design Engineering Develop and review civil structural geotechnical and hydrology designs for renewable energy projects solar PV wind substations BESS green hydrogen facilities Prepare site development layouts grading drainage and foundation engineering packages Ensure compliance with IS codes Eurocodes AISC ASCE and lender client specifications Project Delivery Lead the in-house civil structural team engineers drafters Ensure timely delivery of design packages and coordinate with electrical and renewables teams Support construction monitoring and provide engineering clarifications to EPC contractors Collaboration Support Work closely with business development teams for proposal inputs costing and constructability checks Provide technical inputs during due diligence feasibility studies and engineering engagements Candidate Profile Education BE BTech in Civil Engineering MTech in Structural Geotechnical preferred Experience 10-15 years in civil structural engineering preferably in renewable energy or power sector Robust knowledge of foundation design structural analysis and site development Ability to manage a team and deliver within tight deadlines Excellent coordination and communication skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 13 077 31 - 60 817 80 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Leave encashment Provident Fund Work Location In person
