Key Responsibilities 1 Talent Acquisition Workforce Planning Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the real estate industry Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and workforce planning Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees 2 Employee Relations Engagement Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances ensuring a positive work setting Develop employee engagement programs to improve retention and satisfaction Handle disciplinary actions conflict resolution and performance improvement plans as needed 3 Training Development Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs Organize workshops mentorship programs and professional development initiatives Ensure compliance with industry-specific certifications and training requirements 4 HR Policies Compliance Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with legal and regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with labor laws employment regulations and company policies Maintain employee records and HR documentation as per compliance standards Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 45 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Work Location In person
