Delivery Lead The ideal candidate will bring experience in leading complex multi-million-dollar digital transformation programs across global delivery centers This role demands deep expertise in quality engineering DevOps cloud migration product engineering and stakeholder management with a strong focus on innovation operational excellence and business value creation Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Delivery Management Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital transformation programs across industries including FMCG insurance communications media entertainment travel and hospitality Own minimum P L responsibilities for portfolios exceeding 15M driving profitability operational efficiency and client satisfaction Spearhead enterprise-wide implementation of digital quality engineering frameworks including Gen AI-powered accelerators and Six Sigma methodologies Quality Engineering DevOps Transformation Define and execute test automation strategies QE metrics and DevOps practices to improve delivery speed scalability and reliability Establish and lead Test Centers of Excellence TCoEs for strategic programs achieving measurable improvements in cost efficiency and time-to-market Drive AI-led testing initiatives including custom LLM validation ethical assessments and predictive analytics Cloud Product Engineering Lead cloud migration strategies and testing frameworks for dynamic scalable environments Oversee product lifecycle management including NPDI hosted solutions and enterprise platforms Client Engagement Business Growth Build and maintain strong client relationships acting as a trusted advisor for quality engineering and digital transformation initiatives Shape renewal strategies and drive incremental sales through CoE setups pre-sales support and market research Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ramp up delivery capabilities across geographies managing teams of 500 FTEs Innovation Thought Leadership Leverage emerging technologies such as Gen AI NLP and ML to optimize QE and PE processes Contribute to proposal development deal shaping and strategic consulting engagements Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering or MBA graduates Proven track record of delivering complex programs Strong understanding of Six Sigma DMADV DMAIC Agile and DevOps methodologies Experience in managing global teams and multi-vendor environments Excellent communication leadership and stakeholder management skills Preferred Skills Expertise in Gen AI applications in QE and PE Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and migration strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives Why join Genpact Be a transformation leader -
