We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive The role involves handling customer queries providing accurate information resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone email chat or in-person Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally ensuring customer satisfaction Maintain a robust knowledge of company products services to assist customers effectively Keep records of customer interactions transactions feedback and complaints Coordinate with internal teams sales technical operations etc to ensure timely resolution Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required Work towards achieving customer satisfaction and service quality goals Key Skills Competencies Excellent communication verbal written and interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude with patience and empathy Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries simultaneously Strong listening and customer-handling skills Basic computer knowledge MS Office CRM tools preferred Qualifications Experience Graduate in any discipline preferred Business Administration Commerce IT 0-2 years of experience in customer support or similar role Freshers with good communication skills may also apply Prior experience in related industry will be an added advantage Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 10 099 03 - 15 759 04 per month Work Location In person
