Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit client bills as per contract terms BOQ and site measurements PAN India travel Verify subcontractor vendor bills and ensure accuracy with respect to work executed Maintain proper documentation of measurements work progress and billing records Coordinate with project site engineers for measurement sheets and work validation Track project cost cash flow and payment follow-ups with clients Ensure compliance with company policies contracts and statutory requirements Assist in preparing cost estimates rate analysis and reconciliations Prepare MIS reports related to billing and project financials Key Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of BOQ rate analysis and work measurement Proficiency in MS Excel MS Project ERP if applicable and AutoCAD preferred Good understanding of contract terms billing procedures and site execution Excellent analytical documentation and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Qualifications Bachelor s degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Quantity Surveying or related field 2-5 years of experience as a Billing Engineer preferably in Interior Construction industry Strong knowledge of turnkey interior projects will be an added advantage What We Offer Chance to work on prestigious projects across India Growth-oriented work setting with learning opportunities Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Job Type Full-time Pay 20 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
