Reality Tours and Travel has been creating authentic educational and socially responsible travel experiences for over 20 years We specialise in showing travellers the Real India through immersive tours that support community development and empower local people Job Summary We are seeking passionate energetic and responsible female candidates to serve as Tour Guides delivering engaging safe and meaningful experiences to our guests The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a profound understanding of local culture history and daily life and a genuine interest in connecting with people from diverse backgrounds worldwide Training will be provided Key Responsibilities Lead city cultural walking and community-based tours for international travellers Share accurate knowledge of history culture daily life and social issues clearly and engagingly Training will be provided Ensure the safety comfort and satisfaction of guests at all times Handle guest questions and feedback with patience and professionalism Coordinate with operations staff to ensure smooth execution of tours Represent Reality Tours and Travel s values of authenticity respect and social impact Promote awareness of our NGO and community initiatives where appropriate Qualifications Skills Strong communication skills in English knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus Confidence in public speaking and storytelling Good knowledge of local history culture food and social issues training will be provided Friendly approachable and respectful personality Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays Punctual reliable and professional in appearance and behaviour Previous experience in guiding hospitality or teaching is preferred but not required Job Types Full-time Part time Permanent Fresher Freelance Pay 17 500 00 - 25 000 00 per month Expected hours No more than 54 per week Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Work Location In person
