We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive HR Recruiter to join our team The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment HR operations and employee engagement activities especially focusing on hiring for the marine and shipping industry Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates Handle recruitment for seafarers technical staff and office roles Maintain employee records and HR documentation Assist in payroll processing and compliance-related activities Develop and implement HR policies in line with company standards Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring needs Ensure compliance with RPSL and marine industry regulations Requirements 1-3 years of experience in recruitment HR preferably in the marine or shipping industry not mandatory Strong knowledge of recruitment platforms sourcing strategies and HR operations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools Job Types Full time Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
