We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Civil Foreman - Road Construction to join our site execution team The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day on-site operations for road infrastructure projects ensuring timely safe and quality execution in line with design specifications and client requirements Key Responsibilities Execution of DBM BC WMM GSB work at site Supervise and coordinate the work of construction workers on road projects Monitor daily progress and prepare daily site reports Manage equipment tools and construction materials efficiently Ensure quality control and proper compaction leveling grading and paving work Maintain records of labor work done and materials used Report project status to the site manager project engineer regularly Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in road construction Solid understanding of road layers drainage systems concrete and bitumen work Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Leadership qualities and ability to manage a team Must be physically fit and willing to work at project sites Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 35 000 00 per month Experience road construction 8 years Required Work Location In person
