Job Title Site Manager Location Gurugram and Projects PAN India Department Project Management Construction Reports To Project Head Operations Manager Employment Type Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Site Manager with a Civil Engineering background to oversee and manage on-site construction activities The role involves supervising site operations ensuring compliance with design safety and quality standards and coordinating between project stakeholders for timely and cost-effective project delivery Key Responsibilities Plan coordinate and manage all on-site construction activities Interpret construction drawings BOQs and technical specifications Supervise site engineers contractors and labour workforce to ensure productivity Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards Implement and maintain safety protocols and compliance with statutory regulations Coordinate with architects consultants subcontractors and suppliers Maintain daily weekly site reports progress updates and documentation Conduct quality checks and resolve on-site technical issues promptly Manage resources materials and equipment efficiently to reduce wastage Ensure handover of completed project as per client expectations and company standards Requirements Education Bachelor s Degree Diploma in Civil Engineering Experience Minimum 7-8 years of experience in construction project site management Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and legal regulations Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project Primavera and other project management tools Excellent leadership decision-making and problem-solving skills Strong communication and team management abilities Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Preferred Skills Experience in Residential Commercial Industrial Infrastructure projects Knowledge of contract management and cost control Familiarity with contemporary construction techniques and sustainable practices Contact - (phone hidden) Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 30 000 00 - 44 739 28 per month Work Location In person
