We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Representative BDR to manage the end-to-end sales cycle for our IT services in the Indian market This role involves selling solutions such as SaaS DaaS mobile applications app development and website development The ideal candidate should have proven experience in business development client acquisition and closing deals in the IT services domain Location Remote Experience Required 4 to 5 years Salary Range 30 000 - 70 000 per month Key Responsibilities Drive the entire sales cycle prospecting lead generation client meetings product demonstrations proposals negotiations and deal closures Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects through outbound and inbound channels Present tailored IT solutions SaaS DaaS mobile apps app web development to meet client requirements Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals Collaborate with internal teams technical marketing and operations for successful project delivery Consistently meet and exceed monthly quarterly sales and revenue targets Track analyze and report sales activities using CRM and other tools Stay updated on IT industry trends competitor activities and emerging technologies to identify recent opportunities Required Skills Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing IT or related field MBA preferred but not mandatory 4-5 years of proven experience in end-to-end IT service sales in the Indian market Strong knowledge of SaaS DaaS mobile applications app development and website development Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets Proficiency in CRM systems MS Office and online communication tools Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 70 000 00 per month Benefits Paid time off Work from home Work Location Remote
