Job Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Mass Communication Specialist with expertise in video production to plan shoot and edit engaging visual content for our company and products The role will primarily involve handling end-to-end video creation for marketing campaigns product showcases internal communications and social media promotions Key Responsibilities Video Production Editing Shoot edit and produce high-quality videos for company branding product promotions corporate events and social media Manage the entire production process scripting storyboarding filming sound lighting and post-production editing Ensure videos are optimized for different platforms website YouTube Instagram LinkedIn etc Content Development Collaborate with marketing product and design teams to conceptualize video ideas aligned with brand strategy Create short-form and long-form video content including advertisements explainer videos interviews and event highlights Creative Communication Support internal communication through engaging video messages training materials and presentations Assist in developing visual communication strategies that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement Technical Equipment Management Operate and maintain cameras lighting drones microphones and other production equipment Manage video archives ensuring proper organization and easy retrieval of assets Brand Consistency Quality Control Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines tone and messaging Stay updated with the latest trends in video production editing software and mass communication strategies Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Mass Communication Media Studies Film Production or related field Proven experience 2-4 years in skilled video shooting and editing Proficiency in video editing softwares Strong understanding of visual storytelling cinematography and sound design Knowledge of social media content trends and digital marketing basics Creativity attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Excellent communication and collaboration skills Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
